From your very first contact with Bundy & Company, we let you know what to expect upfront. Our five step process will guide you all the way through the renovation process. 1. We will take you to one of our construction projects that is similar to the kind of renovation you have in mind. We also welcome the opportunity to have you talk with other home owners whose homes we've remodeled.

2. Once you're satisfied with our track record, Pat Bundy and our architect, will meet with you to discuss your specific needs. Out of this free feasibility session, they will give you a cost for the architectural plans and a preliminary construction estimate.   3. If you like what you see, our architect will draw up a preliminary set of plans and Pat will develop the final construction estimate.

1. 4. After you review our estimate, a final contract will be written. Once you have approved and signed the final contract, the appropriate permits will be obtained.

   5. During the construction process, Pat Bundy will visit your job site and update you regularly of what to expect next. He is supported by an office staff that is familiar with your project and available to answer your questions. Perhaps the most unique service we offer our customers is the fact you will have a single company contact person from start to finish to expedite your building experience.
